My name is Kristen Solis. I’m a twenty-something trying to understand life and faith. I’m a writer and an artist. I see the world and understand everything as if I’m critiquing a work of art.

This blog was not planned to be this type of blog. God put something on my heart one day and I picked up a pen, not knowing where it was going to take me. I still don’t know. But, when God stirs something within me, I will deconstruct ideas and reconstruct them best I can for my readers to provoke your thoughts and for you to truly reconsider things.

But most importantly, I have a love affair with coffee.
